Every project—whether you’re planning a full-service renovation or refreshing select rooms—begins with an in-home consultation. During this session, we walk through your space, listen closely to your goals, and gather all the details that matter most to you. This is where your vision starts to take shape. It’s designed to bring clarity, inspiration, and a roadmap for moving forward with confidence.

Following the consultation, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the project scope and design fee structure—so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

A thoughtfully designed tool that helps us understand your style, needs, what you love, and what you'd love to avoid. This step ensures we’re aligned before design begins—so your home feels personal, functional, and completely you.

04. design concept

Next, we develop a tailored Design Concept that brings your vision to life—with layout options, color direction, and mood imagery. This takes place in your home so you can review floor plans, see samples in person, and give feedback as we refine the details together.

05. your project hub

A signature part of the Sage & Gray experience—our custom-built Project Hub was designed with you in mind. Here, you’ll find everything in one place: floor plans, design concepts, product selections, mood boards, and more. You can approve items, share notes, and stay connected as your project evolves—all through a streamlined, organized platform.

06. project management

We believe the best spaces are built on collaboration—your input is key. We offer clear communication, organized updates, and guidance at every step, so decisions feel informed, not overwhelming. We handle ordering, tracking, and coordination to ensure everything goes according to plan. Once it’s all in, we bring your vision to life—down to the final styling.
